The app provides access to a marketplace of LED programs created by the community. Programs and lamp firmware updates are downloaded from our server. We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of third-party programs.

Intellectual Property

The Shades Lamp application and its original content are the property of the developer. Community-contributed LED programs remain the property of their respective authors.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all devices.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app or any connected hardware devices.

Hardware Responsibility

The app controls physical LED hardware. You are responsible for ensuring safe operation of your LED lamp device, including proper electrical installation and ventilation.
